At Charter Hall great buildings dont perform by chance. As Technical Services Manager youll be the link between technical complexity and the teams making decisions across Asset Management Property Capital Works Operations ESG and Funds Management - turning detail into clear practical insight.

From building performance and utilities to lifecycle planning sustainability and operational efficiency youll help connect the moving parts and support smarter decisions that create long-term value for our customers investors and communities.

How youll make an impact:

• Turn technical detail into better business decisions by translating building services utilities performance data and lifecycle insights into clear practical advice for Asset Management Property Capital Works Operations ESG and Funds Management teams.

• Help lift the performance of Charter Halls Office portfolio by supporting building optimisation energy efficiency commissioning tuning and continuous improvement initiatives across assets.

• Play a hands-on role in sustainability and operational efficiency by contributing to utility management embedded networks NABERS ratings environmental certificate schemes and ESG-related performance outcomes.

• Support smarter investment in our assets by providing technical analysis lifecycle planning inputs and business case support for CapEx OpEx sustainability and building services projects.

• Connect internal teams and external partners across consultants service providers utility partners and asset teams to improve reporting streamline processes and deliver practical outcomes across the portfolio.

What youll bring to the team

• Future focused capabilities including self-awareness resilience agility and generosity.

• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills initiative and an ability to prioritise.

• Detailed understanding of mechanical electrical hydraulic controls metering and analytics systems in commercial office buildings

• Experience in building services building optimisation NABERS and Green Building Principles

• Experience supporting operational efficiency asset performance utilities embedded networks or environmental management practice

• Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to non-technical people

• Knowledge of legislation standards and operational requirements relating to energy environment metering embedded networks and building services

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to read and interpret technical information and analytical data
