To continue our success, we’re seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Coordinator. Achieve highest possible levels of service for our customers by ensuring maximum order fulfilment and responsiveness to customer enquiries. Support the leadership of the team through process and system improvements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Backfill to the National Customer Service Manager when required.
• Assist with the supervision of the team’s daily tasks and support the timely resolution of customer issues.
• Proactively inform internal stakeholders when customer issues arise ahead of escalation.
• Continually develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure these are always up to date.
• Lead the training of new Team Members to drive consistency.
• Manage the Customer Service stream in any system and process upgrade/improvement project in the business.
• Support operations team through distribution of service management reports.

Qualifications

About you:

• Effective negotiation and communications across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams
• Experience in IT projects eg. Implementations and Upgrades
• Experience working in with SAP ECC
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word
• Sound interpersonal written and verbal communication at all levels within the business
