The Opportunity

This role is part of Micromine, one of the specialist businesses within Weir Software Solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the world's largest mining organisations, identifying new opportunities, building trusted executive relationships and securing enterprise-scale software agreements. This is a unique opportunity to combine your enterprise sales expertise with innovative technology that is transforming the mining industry.

The Impact You'll Have

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 mining organisations
\n
• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise software opportunities
\n
• Present and position Micromine's solutions to senior operational, technical and executive stakeholders
\n
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive growth, retention and value creation
\n
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
\n
• Represent the business at industry conferences, trade events and customer engagements
\n
• Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within key global mining accounts
\n

What You Need To Succeed

• Demonstrated success in enterprise software, SaaS or technology sales
\n
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 mining organisations and complex stakeholder environments
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles
\n
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
\n
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies to enterprise opportunities
\n
• Ability to build credibility with executive and technical decision-makers
\n
• A proactive, resilient and results-oriented approach to business development and relationship management
\n
