CC Pines is looking for a Mechanical Draftsperson / Revit Draftsperson to join our Sydney team, taking the lead on 3D drawing development and shop drawing delivery for our Honiara project. This is a genuine relocation opportunity; we're looking for candidates in Australia or from New Zealand and other eligible countries who want to build their career in Australia, and we're set up to help make that move happen.

Description:

The Role

CC Pines needs a dedicated resource with a strong background in mechanical drafting that includes airside, piping, electrical for mechanical, and BMS in most cases. The primary skillset is mechanical, with a secondary requirement of being able to incorporate and manage the 3D Revit model for all trades.

You'll take ownership of mechanical, electrical and services drawing development for our Honiara project, while managing the 3D Revit model across all trades. You'll work closely with the project and design teams to keep shop drawing delivery on schedule and support structural and civil drafting where needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing 3D mechanical drawings and shop drawings to support construction delivery
• Managing and coordinating the 3D Revit model across mechanical, electrical, piping, airside and BMS scopes
• Supporting structural and civil drafting requirements as needed
• Working closely with the project team to keep drafting output aligned with construction phase timelines
• Helping close the current gap in services drafting capability on the project
  
  
  

Skills and Experiences:

What You Bring

• A strong background in mechanical drafting, including airside, piping, electrical for mechanical, and BMS in most cases
• Confident, hands-on experience managing 3D Revit models across multiple trades, as a secondary but essential skill set
• Ability to turn your hand to structural or civil drafting support when required
• Based in Australia or New Zealand or another country with a visa pathway to Australia.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working to tight construction-phase timelines
