Talent Acquisition Specialist
BROOK Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of South Yarra at the COMO Centre, and we’re looking for a driven, energetic and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
At BROOK, recruitment is all about people, relationships and creating opportunities. We’re a close-knit, supportive team with an ambitious approach to growth, and we’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine desire to build a successful career.
You don’t necessarily need to come from recruitment. We’re open to people with experience in recruitment, HR or sales who have the commercial drive, confidence and relationship-building skills to thrive in agency recruitment.

This is a highly relationship-driven and commercial role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
You’ll be encouraged to get out into the market, meet people, attend events and create opportunities rather than simply recruit from behind a desk.
