$32.56 - $39.51 per hour dependent on qualifications, experience and classification under the Early Education Employees Agreement 2020 (EEEA).

We're looking for passionate and caring Early Childhood Educators (Diploma / Cert III) to join our Preschool team in a Casual capacity.

In this role, you'll help create safe, welcoming and engaging learning environments where children can grow, learn and thrive. Working alongside experienced Early Childhood Teachers and educators, you'll play an important role in supporting children's development, building positive relationships with families and contributing to high-quality early learning programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote children's development and wellbeing.
• Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
• Assisting to create and maintain a safe, healthy and welcoming learning environment.
• Observing and contributing to children's learning and development outcomes
• Working collaboratively with Early Childhood Teachers to deliver quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with National Quality Standards.

About You

You are a warm, enthusiastic and caring educator who is passionate about supporting young children to learn and grow. You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and building positive relationships with children and families. You bring a genuine commitment to high-quality early childhood education and are motivated to continue developing your skills and knowledge in the sector.

Key Selection Criteria

• Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrated ability to support the developmental needs, interests and learning of all children, including children with additional needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and colleagues
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications and Compliance with National Child Safe Training (Geccko) (or ability to obtain)
