We are seeking skilled Multiple Operators to join our team in Wool Bay, South Australia. This permanent, full-time role is essential for supporting our building and construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of construction machinery and equipment, including excavators, loaders, and cranes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks effectively.
• Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
• White Card
• Valid Australian driver's licence and relevant machinery operation tickets.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
