Boutique Coffee Specialist -- Flexible Hours & Perks

We believe coffee can make mornings brighter, moments better, and connections stronger. We’re looking for someone who shares that passion to join our Pitt Street - Sydney CBD team.

Flexibility is key – this casual role requires a minimum of 3/4 days per week (approximately 24 hours), ideally weekday availability with either Saturday or Sunday shift. Additional hours may be available based on business needs.

• Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
\n
• Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.
\n
• Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.
\n
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.
\n
• Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
\n
