About Chinchilla
Located in Queensland's Western Downs, Chinchilla is a peaceful regional town known for its strong agricultural community and its reputation as the "melon capital" of Australia. The town offers a relaxed country lifestyle, with a tree-lined main street, local cafés and community events providing a welcoming atmosphere during your stay.
For some time outside the practice, Chinchilla Botanic Parkland offers an easygoing setting to explore native flora, Aboriginal cultural history and the area's railway heritage. The park includes walking paths, picnic areas and gardens surrounding the nearby Charleys Creek. The iconic Big Melon is also located nearby and is a fun local landmark to visit.
Job Description
Join Chinchilla Dental Practice for a locum placement from 19 October to 30 October, working Monday to Friday while experiencing everything Chinchilla and the Western Downs has to offer.
