What you’ll do

The Loyalty Analyst role assists with identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives to improve our member experience and streamline processes. This involves supporting efforts to increase efficiency and productivity for members, the team, and the business, including exploring opportunities for process improvement and automation, integration and efficiency.

• Requirements gathering and analysis: Elicit, analyze, document and prioritize business requirements for loyalty initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement: Help identify inefficiencies in existing processes and assist in implementing improvements.
• Embedding AI usage in the Loyalty team: Identifying AI and automation solutions for common business uses to create efficiency. Building and embedding into team processes.
• Customer journey management: Analyse, map and optimize customer journeys to enhance the member experience.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business to align on priorities and ensure effective communication.
• Marketing automation and personalization: Support the use of technology and data to automate and personalize member communications.
• Technology application: Understand and apply relevant technologies to support loyalty initiatives.
• Project management: Manage project activities to meet objectives within defined constraints.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ Business Analyst experience, ideally delivering customer journeys across app, web, front-end, back-end and omnichannel experiences within an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills, with experience partnering across business, technology, development teams and external providers to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and translate complex ideas into clear requirements.
• Strong requirements and journey mapping skills, including developing user stories, functional specifications, process maps and customer journey documentation.
• AI and technology mindset, with an understanding of how AI can be embedded into workflows to create efficiencies, alongside familiarity with eCommerce and marketing technology platforms.
• Agile delivery experience, with knowledge of Jira and Confluence, combined with a proactive, collaborative and accountable approach to delivering results.
