Description
Working as part of an established internal recruitment team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing active recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, and ensuring recruitment activity is accurately maintained within SAP SuccessFactors.

This opportunity will suit recruiters who are confident operating within a fast-paced environment, managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities, and working with minimal supervision.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
• Proactively sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates across multiple channels
• Coordinating interviews, candidate feedback, offers and pre-employment requirements
• Maintaining accurate candidate, vacancy and recruitment information within SAP SuccessFactors

Profile:

• Previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Advisor or Recruitment Consultant
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a busy or high-volume environment
• Previous SAP SuccessFactors recruitment experience is essential
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing capability across a range of vacancies
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers, managing stakeholder expectations and balancing multiple recruitment priorities
