National Growth Director - Property Investors and Occupiers

Role description:

We are seeking a senior client and growth leader to help shape and accelerate the growth of our Property Investors & Occupiers business across Australia. This is front line market leadership role with a clear mandate in building relationships, opening doors, and winning work. Working alongside the Sector Leader and senior leaders across the business, you will lead a portfolio of nationally significant clients spanning property investors, developers, major occupiers and organisations investing in the built environment. You will take ownership of client strategy, pipeline development and growth performance across the portfolio, while bringing together the best of our business capability to pursue and win the opportunities that matter.

Role accountabilities:

• Grow strategic client portfolios and expand Arcadis’ presence across priority property clients nationally
• Identify and open new markets and relationships, including targeting high-value opportunities
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Partner with account teams to shape and win work, from early engagement through to delivery
• Drive a strong and credible pipeline, ensuring opportunities are prioritised, progressed, and converted
• Champion cross-selling and diversification, connecting clients to the full breadth of Arcadis capabilities
• Support and mentor teams in sales capability, client engagement, and opportunity conversion
• Work with leadership to align commercial strategy, pricing, and positioning to win work and deliver strong outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will bring an established network across property investors, developers, major occupiers and organisations investing in the built environment, together with the credibility to engage senior decision makers an mobilise teams around major opportunities
• Proven success in originating and winning work, growing client portfolios, and opening new markets in the Australian property sector
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence at executive and senior decision maker level
• Ability to connect client needs to multidisciplinary solutions across strategy, design, and delivery
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience balancing growth, margin, and long-term client value
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations and leading without formal authority
• A strong growth orientation, with the drive and initiative to create opportunities, open new doors and convert relationships into revenue
