We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join this successful company that services mining, construction and heavy industry.

Based in Canning Vale, this is an office-based role working 20 to 25 hours per week and would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on finance position and is confident managing accounts receivable, credit control and customer collections.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Monitor outstanding debtor accounts & following up outstanding invoices via phone and email \n
- Reconciling accounts & solving discrepancies where required \n
- Running reports to manage & allocate any unallocated payments \n
- Assisting with on boarding new clients & conducting credit checks \n

About You
\n
We're looking for someone who is experienced, organised and confident across accounts receivable.
\n
You'll ideally have:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in AR \n
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers on the phone \n
- Experience using accounting software MYOB EXO if possible \n
