About the role
\n We are looking for permanent full-time Storepersons at our Blacktown site operating between the hours of 7:00am to 4:30pm, with the advantage of having a shorter day on Fridays between 7am – 2pm. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll report to the Warehouse Team Leaders and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Accurately pick, pack, and process distribution orders to meet daily delivery schedules
\n
• Safely receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with warehouse procedures
\n
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organise stock efficiently
\n
• Unload containers and support customer interactions as required
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standards
\n
• Complete manual handling tasks safely and correctly
\n
• Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes to support inventory accuracy
\n
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations
\n

What you will bring to the role

\n

\n
• A valid Forklift Licence with 2+ years' experience in counterbalance and high‐reach operation
\n
• A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS requirements
\n
• Good communication skills and a team‐focused approach
\n
• A methodical, accurate work style with good numeracy skills
\n
• Basic IT skills and confidence completing paperwork and stock counts
\n
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods handling
\n
• Flexibility to support different warehouse tasks as needed
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can‐do attitude
\n
