What You’ll Do
- Proactively call and engage inactive and new members.
- Follow up with members and help progress live deals.
- Respond to support queries and member questions.
- Keep CRM records and follow-ups organised.
- Capture feedback to help improve the Scaling platform.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a natural communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable picking up the phone and takes initiative. You’re organised, resilient, detail-oriented and confident using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
