The Role

\n

You'll be writing asset and equipment finance across cars, trucks, plant, medical, marine and commercial, for consumers and businesses, from web leads and partner referrals.

\n

\n
• Own your pipeline end to end: qualify, structure, submit, settle.
\n
• HOWyou do it matters as much as the numbers. 5-star service is non-negotiable.
\n
• Long-term value creation for partners, customers, affiliates and employees. We're not here for the one-hit deal.
\n
• Work the panel properly. Know which lender to go to and why, not just who's easiest.Keep clients in the loop before they have to chase you. Our tracker does half the work. You do the rest.
\n
• Build a network of raving-fan referrers: dealers, accountants, brokers, suppliers.
\n
• Use the tech. Our systems do 80 to 90% of lender matching. Your job is the judgement calls: income, expenses, responsible lending, structuring and the handover.
\n

Who You Are

\n

• A lending professional brave enough to challenge the status quo.
\n
• You've been a broker, credit analyst, business manager, dealership F&I or something adjacent, and you know your way around a servicing calc.
\n
• Energetic and ambitious, and you want to build something properly rather than inherit someone else's mess.
\n
• You believe "how you do anything is how you do everything," and for you that'swith excellence.
\n
• A proactive problem-solver aligned with "Getting Sh*t Done" and "Making it Happen."

• An engaging communicator with a flair for the phone and email. You pick up. You follow up.
\n
• You want the challenge of managing leads from multiple sources.
\n
• You've built and sustained a thriving client network.
\n
• You've been called a rainmaker, but you can't make rain unless you're properly supported, recognised and rewarded.

• You're comfortable with compliance and responsible lending being non-negotiable, not paperwork to dodge.
\n
• You're not scared of AI in your workflow. You think it makes you faster, not redundant.
