Role purpose Join Chadstone's Valet Parking team this festive season and help create a seamless experience for our guests. Please note: these roles will run from late October to mid‐January, with availability required across Nov 23-Dec 26 at minimum.

What you'll be doing

\n

\n
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with a high level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.
\n
• Welcome guests, provide directions and deliver a positive first and last impression of Chadstone Shopping Centre.
\n
• Assist guests with shopping parcels and a range of guest‐related enquiries.
\n
• Promote additional services, including car wash offerings, to enhance the guest experience.
\n
• Work closely with other team members to maintain smooth service delivery and uphold safety and service standards.
\n

About you

\n

\n
• You're a customer‐focused team player who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and can remain calm and organised in a fast‐paced environment.
\n
• Availability throughout the period from Black Friday week (Nov 23) to and including Boxing Day (Dec 26) required.
\n
• Experience in a physically demanding role with the ability to average 15,000+ steps per day.
\n
• Valid driver's licence (green P plates or higher) with a clean driving record.
\n
• Customer service experience and confidence engaging with guests face‐to‐face and over the phone.
\n
• Previous valet experience, ideally within a hotel environment, and/or luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
\n
