The role

- End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process - from building a pipeline to closing deals and managing client relationships. \n
- C-Suite Engagement: Engage with decision-makers from small to medium-sized businesses ($10m-$250m turnover) in meaningful commercial conversations. \n
- Problem Solving: Dive deep into your clients' businesses to identify pain points and provide tailored solutions. \n
- Continuous Learning: Collaborate closely with strategists and analysts, learning how to develop and present valuable risk management solutions. \n

- Package: Starting salary $72,500 AUD, increases to $77,500 AUD at 6 months tenure. Average OTE in Y1 $110,000-130,000 AUD. \n
- Professional Growth: Daily development sessions with the Country Manager, who's experienced in high-performing sales businesses. Feedback will be focused around sales skills and approach, as well as industry knowledge. \n
