BROOK Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of South Yarra at the COMO Centre, and we’re looking for a driven, energetic and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

You don’t necessarily need to come from recruitment. We’re open to people with experience in recruitment, HR or sales who have the commercial drive, confidence and relationship-building skills to thrive in agency recruitment.

The Role

This is a highly relationship-driven and commercial role where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

You’ll be encouraged to get out into the market, meet people, attend events and create opportunities rather than simply recruit from behind a desk.

You will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing through to placement.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.
• Develop and nurture existing BROOK client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and build your own professional network.
• Meet with clients and take a consultative approach to understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
• Attend networking events, client meetings and BROOK events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience from beginning to end.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of BROOK.

• Recruitment
• Human Resources / People & Culture
• Sales / Business Development

You may already be an agency recruiter looking for your next move, an HR professional who loves the people and commercial side of the role, or a successful salesperson looking to move into recruitment.
