A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

- Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions \n
- Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets \n
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals \n
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock \n
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current \n
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day \n
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team \n

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service \n
- Experience in a similar retail environment \n
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team \n
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs \n
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays \n
