An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in our Brisbane Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. Supporting two Partners and a team of junior to senior lawyers, you will be an integral member of the team who will provide superior administrative support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on Paralegal duties.
Responsibilities will include the following:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Legal Assistant.You will have excellent communication skills and a client service focus. You understand the short timelines sometimes faced by the lawyers in the team and can support them in those busy times. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and can prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail. A professional outlook, calm and balanced, backed by a sense of humour would see you fit in well with this team.
