What You'll Do

\n

• Proactively call and engage inactive and new members.
\n
• Follow up with members and help progress live deals.
\n
• Respond to support queries and member questions.
\n
• Keep CRM records and follow-ups organised.
\n
• Capture feedback to help improve the Scaling platform.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

You're a natural communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable picking up the phone and takes initiative. You're organised, resilient, detail-oriented and confident using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
