Forklift Operator at Talent Acquisition Group

Talent Acquisition Group is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy distribution facility based in Heathwood or Park Ridge.

Heathwood Ongoing Casual Work

$33.85 per hour. Can do both Day & Night shift (12-hours rotating roster). Day Shift: 6am-6pm. Night: 6pm-6am.

• Operate twin-tyne forklifts safely to transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging components across production areas.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with production line supply or removal of materials.
• Ensure products and materials are stored and stacked securely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Support stock rotation, replenishment, and warehouse organisation.
• Assist production staff as required and follow all safety and traffic management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organise work environment in line with site housekeeping standards.

Park Ridge Ongoing casual work

$37.81 per hour. Shift time: 8AM-4PM (depends on the staff requirements).

• Operate forklifts to move pallets, packaging materials, and finished goods within the warehouse and yard.
• Load and unload trucks in accordance with site safety and load restraint procedures.
• Support dispatch and storage operations, including pallet stacking, wrapping, and staging.
• Conduct pre-start checks on equipment and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including manual handling, stock rotation, and housekeeping.
• Follow all WHS, traffic management, and site safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

To be successful, you will have:

• A current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong attention to safety
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
