Job Description

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in late August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

As a Peak Trade Team Member, You Will Have The Opportunity To Create, Support, And Contribute To a High-performance Culture, Ensuring That Our Customers Have a Great Experience When Shopping In Our Stores, In Addition To

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note, our Peak Trade Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2026 to the start of February 2027). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
• Customer focused and results driven
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
