About us

Avakian Buyers Agents is a boutique buyer's agency working almost exclusively with owner-occupiers across Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. Advisory-led rather than volume-driven, we specialise in pre-market and off-market opportunities, and in seven years we've never bought a property at auction. We walk away from more than we pursue, and that discipline is the whole business.

• Direct mentorship from the Principal
• Real exposure to how quality purchases actually get done
• Client-facing responsibility that grows as you earn it
