About the Role
Due to recent growth within the Finance team! We're looking for a commercially minded Finance business Partner to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders and commercial teams to provide financial insight, guide decision and commercial teams to provide financial insight, guide decision making, and support strategic business outcomes across the organisation. This is a highly visible role where you'll combine strong analytical skills with stakeholder engagement, helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You'll also play a key role in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the continued development of our planning and reporting systems.
