An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading Australian financial services and investment banking firm.

• 12 month day rate contract

• Sydney based - Hybrid Working

With around 5 years’ Business Analysis experience , you’ll play a key role across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is more than a traditional BA role. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile initiatives, while also taking on project management responsibilities and expanding your skill set. You could find yourself working across initiatives including:

• Regulatory and compliance-driven change

• Initiatives across Equities and Fixed Income
\n
• New product development and implementation
\n
• Acquisitions and integration
\n
• Business and technology transformation projects
\n

About You \n

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with approximately 5 years’ experience, ideally gained within financial services, investment banking, markets or a similarly complex environment.

• Experience working across complex projects and change initiatives
\n
• The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear outcomes
