Are you detail-oriented with a knack for organisation? We are searching for a dynamic Airline Catering Stores Assistant to join our bustling Airport-based Catering Facility. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of catering supplies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurate recording and storage of deliveries, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
\n
• Managing stock through our inventory systems and carrying out regular stock counts
\n
• Supporting our production kitchens with timely and precise preparation of catering items for airside uplift.
\n
• Adhering to all aviation security, food safety, and WHS regulations.
\n
• Communication with various teams to ensure seamless operation.
\n

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
\n
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Basic computer literacy.
\n
• Must have a forklift Licence
