PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Are you passionate about creating leadership development solutions that shift mindset, uplift capability and leave lasting impact? Do you want to be part of a team shaping leaders who create the future? We're seeking a dynamic Principal Consultant with a passion for both designing and facilitating transformative leadership solutions to join our established portfolio. Supporting our Portfolio Director this is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of industries and clients, further developing your leadership development consulting career whilst continuing to grow the impact of our business.

Here's What You'll Do

• Deliver High-Impact Leadership Development: Facilitate and design leadership development experiences across all levels of leader working alongside a broader team. These experiences are all highly immersive, delivered both face to face and virtually. They span our offering set and could range from 0.5-1-day leadership teaming sessions and masterclass series to transformational leadership experiences across 6-12 months.

• Build Strong Client Partnerships: Own client engagements as a project lead, ensuring programs of work deliver on client outcome and to budget. Build and nurture client relationships by creating and delivering impactful solutions that unlock new opportunities within accounts.

• Design Innovative Leadership Solutions: Build cutting-edge, differentiated and commercially astute solutions that deliver outcomes tailored to our clients needs. Own the design and build of these solutions end to end from concept to delivery.

• Contribute to Revenue Growth: Leverage your subject matter expertise to design compelling solutions for proposals, bids, and tenders, collaborating and working alongside Portfolio Directors and Project Sponsors.

About You

• 3-5+ years general management consulting experience: Complex problem solving, timely execution of high quality documentation.
\n
• Delivery excellence: Experience with designing and facilitating impactful and commercially sharp solutions that drive client outcomes.
\n
• Client-centric: Obsessed with understanding client needs and outcomes, designing and delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.
\n
• Ambitious: You are energised when tackling complex programmes and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, thriving in a fast-paced commercial environment.
\n
• A collaborative powerhouse: You thrive in a team environment where everyone's voice is heard.
\n
• Authenticity: You inspire those around you with your honesty, openness, and unwavering dedication.
\n
• Tertiary qualifications: Ideally in Business Administration, Law, Management or related disciplines.
