Ibis Budget Sydney Airport is looking for a natural born leader to assist the Operations Manager with the everyday running of the hotel operation. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid to be hands-on, ambitious, motivated, and has had previous experience in a Front Desk or management role.
Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Hotel and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
This is a hands‑on role, highly customer focused, and requires an individual who can lead by example in meeting and maintaining our team brand standards. In addition, you will:
