This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.The skills you’ll bringTo be successful in this role you should have:Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.Skills:Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Competencies:Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.Our culture and benefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
