Were looking for a Travel Advisor Intern to join our Sydney office and support our Travel & Concierge team across luxury travel destination weddings honeymoons and guest travel.
About the Role
This 3-month internship offers hands-on experience in luxury travel operations. Youll work alongside senior travel specialists assisting with destination research itinerary planning supplier coordination and guest support.
Key Responsibilities
Research luxury hotels destinations restaurants experiences transfers and travel services
Assist with creating and updating travel itineraries and guest information
Coordinate with hotels suppliers and travel partners to gather pricing and availability
Support guest enquiries and ensure travel information is accurate and up to date
Maintain CRM records supplier information and travel documentation
Assist senior travel specialists with day-to-day travel and concierge operations
What Were Looking For
Studying or recently graduated in Travel & Tourism Hospitality Business Events Marketing or a related field
Genuine passion for luxury travel hospitality and destination weddings
Excellent communication and research skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with Google Workspace Microsoft Office and online research
Proactive curious and eager to learn
Able to work from our Sydney office
Nice to have: Experience in travel hospitality events tourism or customer service plus knowledge of international destinations or luxury hotels.
