Trainer: WorkSafe Licenses-Forklift, EWP etc, 100k + 5k bonus Werribee & Geelong

Overview

Trainer: WorkSafe Licences - Forklift, EWP, etc. Base pay up to A$100,000 per year plus Super and a A$5,000 sign-on bonus. Location: Werribee & Geelong. Role open to discussion on roster and may involve travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities).
• Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervise students, maintain engagement and motivation during training.
• Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
• Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
• Perform other general duties as required.

Qualifications and Essential criteria

• Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required).
• Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector.
• Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
• Australian resident with a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

• Can-do attitude with an upbeat personality.
• Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
• Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor with current industry skills.
