We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to a high-performing residential sales agent completing 200+ sales per year.

The Role
As the agent’s EA, you’ll be the person keeping everything moving. You’ll manage the diary, anticipate priorities and take ownership of the sales administration from campaign through to settlement. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the agent’s calendar, diary and daily schedule
• Acting as a proactive right hand and staying ahead of what’s needed
• Managing exchange letters, sales advices, deposits and settlements
• Coordinating keys, settlement gifts and post-sale requirements
• Providing high-level EA and sales administration support
• Working autonomously while the agent is regularly out of the office

About You
You’ll be an experienced EA, Sales Associate or real estate professional who is confident working in a high-volume environment. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, proactive and exceptionally detail-focused
• Experienced supporting a Senior Agent, Director or Principal
• Confident with the residential sales process and sales administration
• Mature, professional and able to work autonomously
• Naturally proactive – you see what needs to be done before being asked

A current Certificate of Registration or Licence and your own car are essential.
