Why join us as our People and Culture Business Partner
We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner on a 14-month parental fixed term contract, to join our tight knit, ANZ People and Transformation team. You’ll partner with Business Units across UCC Australia, including Toby’s Estate, Mocopan, Group Finance and IT, to support the delivery of our commercial plans and people priorities.
This is a key role within our business, leading and supporting the delivery of effective people practices across talent, leadership, culture and HR foundations. Working closely with General Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders, you’ll provide trusted advice and practical support across a range of People, Legal and Policy matters.
From enhancing employee engagement and leadership capability to supporting workplace relations and organisational change, you’ll play an important role in helping our leaders and people thrive while contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.

You’ll be confident building trusted relationships, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice, and balancing competing priorities to deliver great outcomes for both our people and the business, bringing a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to everything you do.

We are a flexible business that allows you to balance your work between our offices, cafés and working from home. You'll also have coffee on tap and beans to take home, connecting you to thecraft we're passionate about.
This is a 14-month fixed term opportunity, full time, 38 hours per week,working between our key Sydney sites between North Strathfield and Chippendale. There will also be travel from time to time to our UCC Coffee Melbourne site.
Ideally, we would love someone to start on 1st November 2026.
