About the Role

\n

We're looking forMaintenance Technicianswho can:

\n

\n
• Carry out general building maintenance (doors, locks, fixtures).
\n
• Perform patching, painting, and cosmetic repairs.
\n
• Work on commercial defits and refits.
\n
• Apply preventative and reactive maintenance practices
\n
• Use hand and power tools safely.
\n
• Communicate clearly and report effectively.
\n
• Working for both Domestic and Commercial clients within the B2B Industry.
\n
• Work independently and within a team when required.
\n

What You'll Need

\n

\n
• Broad trade skills (carpentry or similar background ideal)
\n
• Experience in commercial or domestic property maintenance
\n
• Minimum 1-2 years of property maintenance or trade experience
\n
• Current driver's licence (mandatory)
\n
• White Card (preferred)
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
\n
