Join our Social Infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering people initiatives, annual P\\&C cycles and project-based work that supports business strategies and plans.

Reporting to the HR Manager , you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead and manage People and Culture projects from initiation through to completion. Coordinate annual people activities including performance, remuneration, talent and succession cycles. Provide coaching, advice and support to managers on employee relations, industrial relations, performance and conduct matters. Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners and functional teams to deliver people programs and business improvement initiatives. Support organisational design, capability development, engagement activities and change initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated HR generalist experience within a complex operational environment.
• Experience delivering HR projects and annual people cycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and HR best practice.
• Experience coaching and developing managers, with training facilitation experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
