Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen with confidence and creativity, overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-performing environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation, upholding professional kitchen standards, and mentoring junior staff to support their growth and performance.

- Develop innovative menus and ensure culinary excellence. \n
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control. \n
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. \n

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role. \n
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food. \n
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities. \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher. \n
- Food Safety Supervisor - Or ability to obtain. \n
