Job Description

Your RoleThe SIAM Onboarding, Offboarding and Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring service providers are introduced into, governed within and transitioned out of the SIAM ecosystem in a controlled and consistent way.

\n

The role works closely with customer stakeholders, service providers and internal service management teams to establish clear responsibilities, and operational requirements, and maintain effective governance throughout the provider lifecycle.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

Provider OnboardingOwn and coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of service providers into the SIAM ecosystem.

\n

Develop and maintain onboarding plans, checklists, templates, readiness criteria and acceptance requirements.

\n

Coordinate onboarding activities across service management, technology, security, commercial and operational teams. Ensure roles, responsibilities, service interfaces, dependencies and escalation paths are clearly documented.

\n

Integrate providers into relevant governance forums, reporting cycles, service management processes and tools.

\n

Manage onboarding risks and conduct operational readiness reviews before transition into live service.

\n

Provider OffboardingOwn and coordinate the controlled offboarding of service providers from the SIAM ecosystem.

\n

Develop offboarding plans covering service continuity, knowledge transfer, access removal, assets and customer data.

\n

Coordinate the handover of services, documentation, operational knowledge and outstanding actions.

\n

Work with stakeholders to manage dependencies and minimise disruption during provider transition or exit.

\n

Confirm that contractual, security, operational and service management obligations have been completed.

\n

Conduct post-offboarding reviews and capture lessons learned for future transitions.

\n

Management and ReportingBuild strong working relationships with customer stakeholders, internal teams and service providers.

\n

Act as the central coordination point for provider onboarding, offboarding and governance activities.

\n

Ensure providers understand the customer environment, SIAM operating model and expected ways of working.

\n

Establish and maintain governance arrangements for all service providers operating within the SIAM model.

\n

Provide report and insights for governance forums to assist with informed decision-makingMonitor provider compliance with agreed SIAM processes, policies, standards and ways of working.

\n

Review onboarding, offboarding and governance processes to identify improvement opportunities.

\n

Use reporting, stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to improve the provider lifecycle experience.

\n

Your ProfileExperience: Proven experience working in SIAM, Mult supplier or complex service delivery environments.

\n

Strong experience in provider onboarding, offboarding, transition and supplier governance.

\n

Experience across infrastructure, cloud, applications, networks or security services. Demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and optimise service management processes.

\n

Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and operational readiness within a large organisation.

\n

Skills and Attributes: Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and facilitation skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships while maintaining governance and accountability. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple providers and priorities.

\n

Ability to translate complex requirements into clear plans, actions and measurable outcomes.

\n

Confidence in addressing unclear ownership, non-compliance or underperformance constructively.

\n

Strong attention to detail and a practical, service-focused approach to continuous improvement.
