About The Role
\n
As an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and align with our service philosophy. As a service, compliance and child safety remain our highest priority, and you will be expected to uphold our child-safe practices in all aspects of your role. You will also collaborate with fellow educators to build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families and the wider community, fostering a supportive environment that enhances children's wellbeing, confidence, and lifelong love of learning.

This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

Child Safety Matters
\n
At Young Academics, we prioritise children's safety and wellbeing. Our values, actions and decisions are guided by our genuine commitment to upholding the rights, interests, needs and voices of children in our care. You will be required to provide a minimum of two professional referees as part of the recruitment process. Young Academics conducts reference checks, will verify that you hold a valid WWCC for paid work, and confirms that you do not have any prohibition or statutory notices against you. Young Academics uses CCTV in our centres and works closely with the regulatory authorities to report any child safety concerns. Visit our website for more information on our Child Safe Practices.
