About the roleThe Retail Food Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail Food Services outlet (Subway) at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. The role ensures the delivery of efficient, high-quality retail food services while maintaining excellent customer service standards, food safety compliance and operational performance within a busy healthcare environment.The successful candidate will provide frontline leadership and supervision to outlet staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture while ensuring service delivery objectives are achieved.
