The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Lawyer to join our respected Personal Injury team in our Wollongong office. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking to build their career across a broad range of personal injury matters while working alongside experienced and supportive practitioners.
\n
Key responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Direct liaison with clients and providing accurate and timely advice \n
- Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters \n
- Preparing court documents, correspondence and settlement materials \n
- Attending court appearances, mediations, conciliations, conferences and settlement negotiations \n
- Conducting legal research and preparing advice \n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships \n
\n
Successful candidates will have:
\n
- \n
- A valid NSW Practising Certificate \n
- A minimum of 1-2 years' PQE, ideally with experience in personal injury law \n
- Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation \n
- Exceptional client care skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and sensitively with vulnerable clients \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Strong client relationship and business development skills \n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and a busy caseload \n
