Southern Cross Fertilisers runs Phosphate Hill and the Mount Isa Acid Plant. We are two operations in North West Queensland that depend on each other, and that our neighbours and the region depend on too. The fertiliser we make supports Australian farmers and helps put food on tables here and overseas.

About The Role \n
The Graduate Accountant is an entry-level role within the organisation's Graduate Programme, giving future finance professionals structured rotations across the core accounting functions. Working under the guidance of the Financial Controller and senior finance team members, you'll gain hands‑on exposure to accounts payable, financial and management accounting, cost accounting, budgeting and compliance, while building a strong technical and commercial foundation as you progress towards your professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA). Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role sits within the Finance division and is based in Brisbane, QLD, on a full‑time basis.
