HOBAN Recruitment is seeking confident and reliable Role Players / Actors to participate in a professional assessment and training exercise across various Sydney locations.
This is a short-term casual opportunity ideal for actors, drama students, performers, facilitators, presenters, or individuals comfortable engaging in structured role-play scenarios.
Assignment Details📅 Date: Wednesday, 9 September
🕒 Role Play Sessions: 9:00am – 11:00am
🕣 Required Arrival Time: 8:30am

• Surry Hills
• Parramatta
• North Sydney
• Crows Nest
• Liverpool

💲 Pay Rate: $40.84 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)
About the Role:
As a Role Player, you will participate in professionally structured scenarios designed to support assessment and training activities. You will be provided with clear instructions and character briefs before the session and will be required to interact with participants in a consistent and professional manner.
What We're Looking For

• Previous acting, role-playing, customer service, training, facilitation or performance experience is highly regarded
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow a script or scenario brief
• Confident engaging with a variety of people
• Reliable, punctual and professional presentation
• Comfortable portraying different personalities and workplace situations
