What You’ll Do:

Lead with Love:Be the heart and soul of the Preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
Play and Learn:Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy.
Build Bonds:Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
Inspire and Grow:Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
Stay Sharp:Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.

What we need from you:

• Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent.
• NSW NESA Teaching Accreditation
• WWCC (NSW)
• Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
