We are currently seeking a compassionate and experiencedRegistered Nurse to join our team at McNamaraLodge in Meadow Springs, a refurbished 96 bed Residential CareCentre located in the southern suburb of Meadow Springsin Mandurah in the heart of the raafa retirementvillage. The lodge offers permanent and respitecare . This permanent part-time reliefposition offers ongoing opportunities work reliefshifts , with a particular need for nursesavailable to work Afternoon (PM) and Nightshifts .

About ReliefWork \n

Relief work involves providing cover forplanned and unplanned staff absences such as annual leave, sickleave, training or periods of increased resident care needs.Relief shifts offer additional earning opportunities andgreater flexibility, while helping ensure continuity of carefor our residents.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can provideavailability for PM (afternoon) and Nightshifts , either on a regular basis or as part of ourrelief pool.

InThis Role You Will \n

\n
• Coordinate resident care, assessments and careplanning
\n
• Deliver complex clinical care, including medicationadministration and wound management
\n
• Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changingclinical needs
\n
• Collaborate with residents, families andmultidisciplinary teams
\n
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to EnrolledNurses and Care Partners
\n
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance anddocumentation
\n

Aboutyou: \n

\n
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
\n
• Current AHPRA registration
\n
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-makingskills
\n
• A passion for aged care and person-centred support
\n
• Excellent communication and leadershipcapabilities
\n
• Availability to work PM and/or Night shifts is highlydesirable
