We have an exciting opportunity for a hands‐on, dynamic and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of the marketing function, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

\n

You'll lead marketing across brand, content, digital, demand generation, paid media, CRM, HubSpot, social, events and go-to-market. This is a broad role combining strategy with execution, giving you the opportunity to build, test and optimise campaigns while working closely with senior leadership and sales.

\n

The business is also embracing AI as a way to enhance marketing and productivity. You'll have the opportunity to explore tools such as Claude AI and PolyAI, using technology to make marketing smarter and more effective without losing the human element.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Brisbane, with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy and brand.
\n
• Drive lead generation, demand generation and qualified pipeline.
\n
• Manage paid advertising, campaigns, budgets and performance.
\n
• Own content, social media, website and email marketing.
\n
• Manage HubSpot, CRM, automation and lead nurturing.
\n
• Lead product launches and go-to-market activity.
\n
• Manage events, conferences and customer activations.
\n
• Develop sales enablement, case studies and customer content.
\n
• Monitor market and competitor activity and turn insights into action.
\n
• Work closely with sales, product and leadership to drive commercial outcomes.
\n
• Use AI and emerging technology to improve marketing efficiency, content and customer engagement.

What you'll bring to the role

\n

\n
• Relevant tertiary Marketing, Communications, Business or related qualification.
\n
• Strong experience across a broad marketing function.
\n
• Proven experience across brand, digital and performance marketing.
\n
• Experience in lead generation, demand generation and paid campaigns.
\n
• Strong content and copywriting skills.
\n
• Hands‐on HubSpot/CRM and marketing automation experience.
\n
• Experience with events and go-to-market campaigns.
\n
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
\n
• Genuine interest in AI, technology and innovation.
\n
• Energetic, proactive and highly hands‐on approach.
\n
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership without being micromanaged.
\n
• Confident working with senior stakeholders.
\n
• Experience or a strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, aesthetics, health, wellness or technology would be highly regarded.
