Your role

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor systems and networks to identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
• Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
• Support related IT services, including security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, procedures, and system configurations.

Your Skills & Competencies

• Strong hardware skills across desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
• Strong software expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
• Strong cybersecurity awareness including data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
