Take a Clinical Leadership Role Where Your Expertise Has a Genuine Influence An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Lead Radiologist to join an independent, non-corporate radiology group with 26 clinics across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Based at the group's Reservoir clinic, co-located within Reservoir Private Hospital, this is an opportunity for a senior Radiologist who wants more than simply a reporting role.

As Clinical Lead, you will have a genuine voice in clinical standards, workflow, protocols, equipment, staffing and the ongoing development of the site, while maintaining a broad and rewarding clinical workload.
The Opportunity As the senior clinical lead at Reservoir, you will work closely with Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and the administration team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient and patient-focused imaging services.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical leadership across the Reservoir site
• Setting and maintaining high standards of reporting and imaging quality
• Acting as a senior point of contact for Radiologists, Radiographers and Sonographers
• Advising on clinical and workflow matters
• Working with technical and administration teams to optimise protocols, examination allocation and patient flow
• Leading site-level clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Developing strong professional relationships with local referrers
• Working directly with Vision Radiology management regarding staffing, operations and future growth
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the Reservoir service

Importantly, the role remains predominantly clinical, allowing you to maintain a diverse workload and continue developing your subspecialty interests.
Broad Clinical Practice The Reservoir clinic provides access to a comprehensive range of imaging modalities, including:

• General X-ray
• Ultrasound
• CT
• Cardiac CT
• MRI
• 3D Mammography
• DEXA
• Interventional procedures

There is also the opportunity to maintain and further develop your subspecialty interest, supported by experienced colleagues within the broader radiology group.
Subspecialty expertise in Breast, Body or Musculoskeletal Imaging is particularly desirable.

About You We are seeking an experienced Radiologist who brings both strong clinical capability and a collaborative approach to leadership.
You will have:

• FRANZCR
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Victorian Radiation Use Licence
• Experience across a broad range of diagnostic imaging
• Confidence performing basic ultrasound- and CT-guided musculoskeletal and spinal interventions
• Subspecialty expertise in Breast, Body or Musculoskeletal Imaging highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative and approachable leadership style
• Ability to remain organised and decisive in a busy clinical environment
• Genuine interest in contributing to the development of a growing radiology service
