An exciting opportunity exists for an experiencedCentre Directorto lead a well-established early learning centre in one of Adelaide’s fastest-growing regions.
With significant residential development underway and thousands of new families moving into the area, this is more than a Centre Director role. It’s an opportunity to become a respected leader within a growing community, shape the future of a service, and create a lasting impact on children, families and educators.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in mentoring and empowering your team, cultivating a reflective and purposeful culture where educators feel valued and inspired.
As the face of the centre, your ability to build trusting relationships, lead with intention, and introduce meaningful practices will be essential.
We are seeking someone who is proactive, collaborative and willing to lead from the floor when needed -someone who thrives in an environment that values both structure and flexibility, and who is passionate about creating purposeful learning experiences. Ongoing professional growth is strongly supported, with opportunities to further develop your leadership and pedagogical knowledge.

Ideal Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care setting. You will bring a strong understanding of early childhood frameworks alongside a genuine commitment to high-quality, child-focused education.

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Passion for guiding both children and educators in a respectful, collaborative way
• Applicants must hold valid Australian working rights. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
